Saurav Mishra - (COO & Co-Founder Webonise Lab)

Entrepreneur, Business Geek, Consumer internet and IoT evangelist. An ardent believer of Lean product development methodology and Agile in practice. Integral part of Webonise Lab founding team. In my current role, I end up spending lot of time with entrepreneurs and CXOs of leading internet companies, understanding their domain and suggesting them the ways they can leverage technology. Share my experiences of building a team and my theories on building a right business model (with disclaimers). After having waded through the details of building an organization grounds up with my partners, I have learnt the importance of empowered teams and individuals, and how scaling businesses are all about getting it in place along with a right work culture and ethics. Earlier to jumping on board with Webonise Lab, I had worked as Business Intelligence specialist at Infosys and Cognizant. The highlight of my career with Infosys was exposure to the breadth and depth of processes and founding philosophies of the company. A lot of values learnt back then, continues to be deeply rooted in me and serve as guiding principles even as of today. I took the Entrepreneurship route early 2010.
