A member of the founding family, Sangita Reddy actively participated in the inception of Apollo Hospitals, and formally joined the Group in 1983 as a management trainee. In 2014, Sangita Reddy was elevated to the position of Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. She has assumed greater organizational responsibilities which included creating an IT enabled patient centric operation across the Apollo footprint, and forging an unmatched continuum of care for patients.Sangita has been a passionate crusader in reaching health care to every corner of India and the underserved regions of the world, through Telehealth and remote healthcare.Sangita Reddy graduated in Science with Honours from the Women’s Christian College in Chennai, India. She had taken post-graduate and executive courses in Hospital Administration from Rutgers University, Harvard University and the NUS.
Mr. Dhruv Agarwal is Executive Vice President, Gati-Kintetsu Express Private Limited and in this position he is responsible for providing overall guidance to the Supply Chain Solutions team and is part of the Strategy team and Visioning team. In addition to that he also mentors the e-Commerce Logistics business, driving it in the direction to add the greatest value for all stakeholders. He is actively involved in developing new tools and initiatives to meet the ever growing demand in the E-com logistics space. Dhruv Agarwal is also the founder and Director of Sun Volt Energy Pvt. Ltd., which has implemented one of India’s first grid connected, 1 MW Solar Plant.Dhruv has previously worked as Project Development Consultant in Capital Fortunes Pvt. Ltd., as a Business Analyst in JP Morgan Chase, USA, Summer Consultant in Deloitte Haskins & Sells and as a Project Manager in Illinois Business Consulting USA. He holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts & Science in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana USA and attended Summer School at the London School of Economics, UK.
Mr. Subhas S. Pramanik has been the Managing Director at GULF OIL Corporation Limited since July 8, 2005. Mr. Pramanik served as Group Vice President, Corporate Affairs in Universal Ferro and Allied Chemicals Limited and as Group Vice President (Finance) of Hinduja Group of Companies. He has been an Executive Director of Gulf Oil Corporation Limited since June 21, 1994. He served as a Director of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited until June 14, 2014. Mr. Pramanik holds a Bachelor of Chemicals Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta. He holds a Master Degree in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. He is a Certified Associate, Indian Institute of Bankers, a Fellow of Indian Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and a Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mr. Vivek Bhaskar Gadgil, Chief Executive & Managing Director – L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, has over 40 years of rich & varied experience in the construction & related fields.A graduate Civil Engineer, from Marathwada University and a gold medalist of 1971 batch, he began his professional career as a Site Engineer in L&T’s Engineering & Construction Company ( ECC then and L&T Construction now ) and has risen to the present senior leadership position in the company by virtue of his hard work and sustained application of mind. During his long 41 year tenure in the company, Mr. Gadgil being a borne business leader and an engineering wizard, has held various senior leadership positions in L&T Construction Division including being at the helm of affairs of L&T’s International Construction Business for over a decade. He has also successfully lead L&T’s Electrical business (Power Transmission & Distribution) in India and abroad.
Prateek Pashine, Head Enterprise Business Unit, Tata Teleservices Limited, has close to two decades of experience across several industries, a major part of which has been in the telecom domain. He began his career with the Tata Group in 1995 and has worked in diverse industries within the group, such as hospitality, software, real estate apart from telecom equipment and related services. Currently, under his leadership, Tata Docomo Business Services offers integrated telecom & IT solutions to the Enterprise and Carrier segments.An MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing (IIM, Bangalore) with an Engineering degree in Electronics, Prateek was also a recipient of the prestigious Fullbright Scholarship, for Leadership in Management at the Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
