Overview

The customer is India’s largest circulation magazine for pharmacists. Registered with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, the magazine is managed by professionals in the relevant field and caters to over 1 lakh chemists.

Challenge

The customer wanted to spread awareness on the medical content of untapped remote medical stores across the country. They wanted to create a larger market share, for which they required a cloud-based voice broadcast automated mechanism, which would help them make an impact on their target audience.

The customer required a cloud-based automated dialling engine to broadcast voice messages of their transaction and services to their target audience, as well as a reporting and analysis tool mechanism to track day-to-day calls.
