Mr. Katsuhiko Yamagata is currently Chief Wireless Officer of Tata Teleservices Limited and has 20 years of experience in Research and Development and has extensive experience in developing W-CDMA RNC systems as well as technical support for commercial systems.

Mr. Yamagata has completed M.A. in Telecommunication from Michigan State University, USA and B.S. in Geophysics from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan.
