May I remind that as per TRAI rules, you have to refund my security deposits WITHIN 90 days of disconnection, after adjustment of outstanding bill amount, if any.
I am on roaming. I am sorry to use your forum for this complain, but if I receive any further phone call in this regard, I will be forced to take legal actions against you.
Hope you are in a position to ensure that I am not harassed further.
